There is no clockwork collision of the right soul at the wrong hour. You longed for a meeting of minds, hearts, and hands- they hadn’t yet met themselves. That is not your failure, nor their crime. It is just clarity wearing the robe of heartbreak.
Love is not lost to timing. Not because it was too soon and not if you ask for truth. If it does, it is because they only knew how to perform. Love cannot flourish when they use timing as a mask to cover their own unreadiness- their fear of growth, intimacy, truth.
When you share more of yourself, you don’t scare people off, you find out who is meant to stay. The right person won’t fix you, but they will give you a safe place to heal.
Van Gogh once said “Love is the best and noblest thing in the human heart. Especially when it is tested by life, just as gold is tested by fire.”
You don’t have to be fully healed to be ready for love. Just self-aware enough not to bleed on someone who didn’t cut you. You don’t need to be healed to be worthy of love. You just have to be honest about where it still hurts.
The more you love yourself, the more that people and experiences will reflect the love back to you. Your energy is a magnet, make sure it’s drawing in the love you truly deserve.
If it slips through your hands it is because they were hands that weren’t ready to carry something real. Because real love doesn’t crumble when you reach for it, it holds you back and makes you stronger. The right person will not dim your light, they will help you shine brighter.
You are not too much, you were just asking for depth in shallow places. The person who made you feel hardest to love was the one least capable of loving you.
Real love doesn’t make you wonder, it meets you.
